Welcome to Pixel Perfect Models (the "Website") operated by ZentReal Ltd. ("ZentReal", "we", or "us"). This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about how your personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") and other information are collected and used by us in operating the Website.
Website Functionality:
The Pixel Perfect Models website provides anonymous visitors ("Visitors") with the opportunity to learn more about us. If Visitors choose to register with the website ("GET SCOUTED"), they can submit an application through the website to be considered as a model represented by Pixel Perfect Models ("Application"). By using the website, you acknowledge and accept this Privacy Policy, and you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, management, and storage of your Personal Information by Pixel Perfect Models as described herein. Pixel Perfect Models reserves the right to modify the practices for handling information collected through the website at any time.
We will regularly update this Privacy Policy to reflect any changes in our data collection and handling practices. Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be indicated by a new date listed under "Last Updated" at the end of this document. These changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
ZentReal shall retain all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Deliverables, the Platform (including application development, business and technical methodologies, and implementation and business processes, used by ZentReal to develop or provide the use of the Platform), and any and all updates, upgrades, enhancements, customizations, revisions, modifications, future releases and any other changes relating to any of the foregoing. Except for the limited access and use rights granted pursuant to the Agreement, the Customer does not acquire any interest in the Deliverables and the Platform. The Customer agrees that any suggestions, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by the Customer or any Users relating to the Platform or a Deliverable may be used by ZentReal without restriction or obligation to the Customer or any Users.
Types of Personal Information Collected and Use:
Pixel Perfect Models does not require you to provide any Personal Information to browse the Website. We only collect Personal Information from individuals when it is specifically and knowingly provided. For example, when submitting an application or contract to Pixel Perfect Models, you may need to provide certain Personal Information, including but not limited to your name, address, contact information, and artistic portfolio. All Personal Information collected is for a specified and legitimate purpose and is considered adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for such purpose.
We will use the Personal Information you provide for internal purposes, including reviewing your application or contract, contacting you regarding your submissions or participation, and for communication related to Pixel Perfect Models' activities. We may also share your Personal Information with third parties who are involved in the application or selection process. Additionally, we may release your Personal Information to third parties if required by law or as part of a corporate reorganization, consolidation, merger, or sale.
Please be aware that if your application or work is accepted by Pixel Perfect Models, portions of your artistic portfolio may be made publicly viewable on the Website. Therefore, do not submit any content that you are not authorized to distribute to the public or that you do not want others to see.

In addition to Personal Information, we may collect anonymous and aggregate information from you about your preferences and website usage patterns. Newsletters:
Pixel Perfect may offer newsletters to provide interested users with content information about the website. Registrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to independently submit an application to us. If a parent or legal guardian registers on behalf of a minor, the Registrant may be under eighteen (18) years of age; however, they must not be under thirteen (13) years of age. Pixel Perfect does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under thirteen (13) years of age, and our website is not intended to attract individuals under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please refrain from communicating with or contacting us.
